超低氢高韧性PP.J607RH焊条的工业性试验及生产

为了填补我国可焊性能良好的低合金高强度钢配套焊接材料的空白,研制和生产了 P P J607 R H 焊条。通过力学性能试验、测氢,并与配套高强度、高韧性、低焊接裂纹敏感性的07 Mn Cr Mo V 系列钢( W D L 钢) 进行了各种试验。此外还与国外同类型焊条进行了对比性试验。结果表明,该焊条具有良好的综合力学性能,与 W D L 钢匹配良好,具有较佳的韧性,尤其是低温冲击韧性储备较大,熔敷金属扩散氢含量低,〔 H〕< 0015 m L/g ,与国外同类型超低氢焊条相当。通过所进行的对比试验结果可以看出,该焊条接近或相当于日本的590 M Pa 级的超低氢高韧性焊条,完全满足与 W D L 钢相配套的要求 In order to fill the blank of welding consumable material of low alloy high strength steel with good weldability in our country, P P J607 R H welding rod was developed and manufactured. Various tests were performed on the mechanical properties of 07 Mn Cr Mo V series steels (W D L steels) by testing for hydrogen and hydrogen with a combination of high strength, high toughness and low weld crack susceptibility. In addition, the same type of electrode with foreign countries conducted a comparative test. The results show that the electrode has good comprehensive mechanical properties, good match with W D L steel and better toughness, especially the low temperature impact toughness reserve is larger and the content of diffusible hydrogen in deposited metal is lower, [H] <0015 m L / g, with the same type of ultra-low hydrogen electrode similar. It can be seen from the comparative test results that the electrode is close to or equivalent to Japan’s 590 Mpa ultra-low hydrogen high toughness electrode, fully meet the requirements of W D L steel
