Organic photovoltaics(OPVs)have been suggested as an important way to solve the increasingly serious energy and environmental problems in the world,due to the advantages of low-cost,simple manufacturing process,and flexibility.However,the power conversion efficiency(PCE)of organic solar cells is still relatively low compared with inorganic solar cells,which is a considerable limiting factor to the practical application of OPVs.The main factors influencing the PCE of OPVs include the excitons generation efficiency,the excitons separation efficiency,the charge carriers transport and collection efficiency.In response to these factors,we have successfully obtained a series of efficient organic and organic-inorganic solar cells respectively,by enhancing light absorption,improving the mobility,and optimizing interfacial properties and the device structures.
