  Surface-enhanced Raman (SERS) is currently of study interests due to their unique exact, sensitive, and their stability.Novel Gold nanoparticles structural nanomaterials with different shapes, structures and/or controllable components have aroused intense interest in recent years.It has been proved that Gold nanoparticles with sharp edges or branches are more sensitive to the changes in the local dielectric environment and can greatly enhance the surrounding electric field strength, Such as Gold nanostar and Gold nanoflower.So, noble metal nanoparticles especially Gold nanoparticles, as highly biocompatible nanoparticles attracted much attention due to their unusual chemical, electronic and optical properties from protein and DNA detection to cancer therapy and drug delivery, which make them very attractive in a variety of biomedical and technological applications.

目的:探讨泪道逆行硅胶管置入治疗外伤性下泪小管断裂的临床效果。方法:对下泪小管断裂吻合术45例(45眼)做回顾性分析。手术在显微镜下进行。以泪道探通导引针从鼻侧断端插入,然后逆行置入带泪小管"Y"型泪道支架,再行断裂泪小管的吻合。结果:经6~22个月随访观察,45例患者均能在手术显微镜下顺利找到泪小管鼻侧断端并吻合,无置管滑脱及肉芽组织形成,43例治愈,2例拔管后再次阻塞。结论:下泪小管断裂吻合术
