石墨材料的性能与样品尺寸有关。主要研究了样品尺寸大小、跨距长度以及加载方式(三点弯曲和四点弯曲的对比)对核石墨弯曲强度值的影响。结果表明:核石墨样品的尺寸越大,其弯曲强度越小,核石墨的弯曲强度具有明显的尺寸效应;跨距越大,其弯曲强度越小;三点弯曲的强度值大于四点弯曲的强度值。利用Weibull尺寸效应公式对试验结果进行验证。
Graphite material properties and sample size. The effects of sample size, span length, and loading method (comparison of three-point bending and four-point bending) on the bending strength of core graphite were mainly studied. The results show that the larger the size of nucleated graphite samples, the smaller the flexural strength is. The flexural strength of nucleated graphite has obvious size effect. The larger the span is, the smaller the flexural strength is. The three-point flexural strength is larger than that of four- Intensity value. The Weibull size effect formula is used to verify the test results.
