Objective: To study the effects of shallow puncture and deep puncture at PC6 on somatosensory evoked potential and motor nerve conduction.Methods: The left PC6 of 9 healthy volunteers was needled at different depths (the shallow insertion about 0.5 cm; the deep about 2.0 cm).Following indexes were recorded: the latency of SEP (N9 and N20) and the latency and amplitude of motor nerve conduction.
