：
论文目的：鲍曼不动杆菌是一类非发酵、严格需氧的革兰阴性杆菌，具有极强的环境适应能力和获得外源性耐药基因的能力，极易造成医院内的播散流行。本研究分析上海地区临床上儿童来源为主的鲍曼不动杆菌克隆株的分布特点及流行特征、耐药性和耐药相关基因的携带情况，为临床上控制和治疗院内鲍曼不动杆菌的感染提供线索。
