The transparent conductive thin films have been prepared from graphene nanosheets (GNS)/silver aqueous solution by vacuum filtration method.The filtrated film was transferred to the PET film.Chemical reduction was used to reduce graphene oxide(GO) to GNS/silver(GS) nanocpmposite with AgNO3, to GNS without AgNO3.Silver nanoparticles improve electrical conductivity of the thin film, especially in vertical direction (between layer and layer).Furthermore, silver nanoparticles also increase the distance between interlayers to avoid aggregating of GNSs.Comparing with the GNS film, the electrical resistance of the GS film was decreased by 2-orders of magnitude to a maximum of~103 Ω/□ while maintaining the transmittance of 80%.Other GS films show the same trends with different initial conductivities and transparency levels.
