  The aim of this study was to determine total antioxidant activity from indigenous plants grown in Northem Thailand.Plant extracts were obtained from the ethanol maceration of the dried plant materials.Four complementary methods; DPPH-radical scavenging assay,ABTS decolorization assay,ferric reducing antioxidant power method and β-carotene bleaching model were used to investigate the antioxidant power.
