道路隧道内噪声主要来自车辆行驶和通风机运作噪声,特别是延安东路隧道复线采用射流风机诱导型纵向通风方式,射流风机直接悬挂在车道顶部,噪声问题更为严重。一旦隧道内发生交通阻塞或火灾紧急事故,射流风机噪声将会阻碍管理人员对车辆和乘客的交通诱导和避难疏散,其对策之一是在射流风机两端设置消声器;对策之二是在隧道车道顶部和侧墙上部内装吸声材料,以降低噪声和混响时间。因此要求研制兼容吸声、防火、憎水和耐腐性能的隧道内装材料,本文对此作较详尽介绍,以供同行们在工程实践中参考。
Noise in road tunnel mainly comes from vehicle running and ventilator operation noise. In particular, Yan’an East Road double-circuit adopts jet-induced longitudinal ventilation and jet fan hangs directly at the top of the lane, so the noise problem is more serious. In the event of a traffic jam or a fire emergency in the tunnel, jet fan noise will hinder managers’ traffic guidance and evacuation of vehicles and passengers. One of the countermeasures is to provide mufflers at both ends of the jet fan; The top and sidewalls contain acoustic material to reduce noise and reverberation time. Therefore, it is required to develop a tunnel interior material that is compatible with sound absorption, fire prevention, water repellency and corrosion resistance. This article gives a more detailed introduction to this for reference of peers in engineering practice.
