　　Background To study the correlation between Helicobacter pylori and Recurrent aphthous ulcer (RAU), by detecting Helicobacter pylori in saliva of patients with RAU and healthy control group by Helicobacter pylori Saliva Antigen Test system (HPS).Material A total of 47 patients with RAU and 47 healthy control group were included in the study.Saliva sample was collected from each volunteer and tested by HPS.
