紫外反射膜的超快预损伤动力学过程

  超短脉冲作用下,光学材料的损伤具有非常强的本征特性。我们采用脉宽为70 fs的紫外飞秒激光脉冲,对氧化铝/二氧化硅紫外反射膜的激光诱导响应动力学过程进行了研究。这将有助于了解激光诱导损伤的起源和机制,以及探索改善紫外高反射膜的损伤阈值等[1]。
