　　Utilizing of soil antagonistic microorganisms is an important strategy for controlling rice sheath blight.A strain of antagonistic bacterium against Rhizoctonia solani,the causing agent of rice sheath blight, was isolated from vegetable rhizosphere soils.The strain, designated as kwkjT4, exhibited excellent in vitro inhibition against the fungal pathogen.
