  As educators, we have come to the realization that our lives are intricately connected and woven together on a global scale.Although the world has experienced market exchange and population movement across borders for hundreds of years, the magnitude of these developments are unprecedented today.To keep pace with these global developments,schools of the 21st century owe their students an education that broadens their international understanding and that provides them the benefits of cross-cultural experiences.
