目的：小分子化学药物对于肿瘤靶向治疗和个体化治疗具有重要意义。但开发小分子抗肿瘤新药需要消耗大量时间、精力和成本。较之开发新药，挖掘传统非肿瘤药物的抗肿瘤功效是一个捷径，二甲双胍是老药新用的一个典范。

目的：食管癌(Esophageal carcinoma,EC)是消化道发病率最高的恶性肿瘤,易扩散转移,我国的食管癌发病率在肿瘤中高居第四。肿瘤多药耐药严重影响化疗效果,甚至导致化疗失败。因此,阐明食管癌转移及化疗耐受的分子机制,筛选鉴定相关标志物,对其进行靶向干预逆转,对提高食管癌治疗效果具有重要的理论价值和应用前景。
目的：研究2-甲氧基雌二醇(2-ME)的衍生物抗肿瘤血管生成的作用。方法：利用鸡胚尿囊膜法筛选2-ME 衍生物；用MTT 法对筛选出的衍生物进行细胞毒测定；用划痕实验和Transwell 小室迁移实验检测衍生物对HUVEC 细胞和MCF-7 细胞的迁移和侵袭的影响；裸鼠移植瘤实验考察体内抗肿瘤作用，并探讨衍生物抗肿瘤的作用机制。
