针对积石峡水电站砼面板堆石坝的筑坝材料,在清华大学2000 kN大型静/动三轴试验机上进行了大型三轴试验。概述了清华大学的2000 kN大型静/动三轴试验机的主要功能及性能指标,并就大型三轴试验所需用到的试验材料以及所采用的试验方法、步骤进行了详尽的阐述。对积石峡水电站砼面板堆石坝的主堆石和次堆石两种筑坝材料分别进行了3组大型三轴试验。基于已取得的试验结果,分析了坝料的应力应变和体变应变的关系,主要讨论了孔隙率对筑坝材料力学特性、变形特性等性能的影响,试验结论为该工程的应力变形计算和设计施工提供了试验依据。
A large-scale triaxial test was carried out on a 2000 kN static / dynamic triaxial testing machine at Tsinghua University for dam materials of concrete faced rockfill dam of Jishixia Hydropower Station. The main functions and performance indexes of 2000 kN large static / dynamic triaxial testing machine of Tsinghua University are summarized. The test materials and the test methods and steps used in the large-scale triaxial test are expounded in detail. Three large-scale triaxial tests were carried out on the two types of dam materials of the main rockfill and secondary rockfill of the concrete faced rockfill dam of Jishixia Hydropower Station respectively. Based on the obtained test results, the relationship between the stress and strain of the dam material and the body strain is analyzed. The influence of the porosity on the mechanical properties and deformation characteristics of the dam material is discussed. The test results are the stress and strain calculation and Design and construction provided the test basis.
