目的：乳腺癌是妇女常见的恶性肿瘤,其中基底样乳腺癌(三阴性乳腺癌,TNBC)由于缺少有效治疗方法,常导致死亡.TNBC中,肿瘤相关巨噬细胞(TAM)异常增多,且参与肿瘤的发生及发展.本研究主要分析三阴性乳腺癌中肿瘤细胞调节TAM形成的机制.
