膨胀组份加入水泥中,可以生成体积增大的水化产物,这些水化产物能填充、堵塞硬化体的毛细孔、改变了孔结构和孔级配,提高了硬化体的密实度。宏观表现混凝土产生体积膨胀,约束条件下膨胀能转化成预压应力,可在混凝土中形成适宜的应力状态,使混凝土具有良好的抗裂性能和抗渗性能等。混凝土结构自防水的前提是控制有害裂缝,关键要解决钢筋混凝土硬化过程中的收缩变形。补偿收缩混凝土具有抗裂防渗的双重功能,这是其他外加剂防水混凝土所不具备的。配制结构自防水混凝土是混凝土膨胀剂的主要用途之一。本文介绍NC-P膨胀剂配制刚性防水混凝土的性能,并列举工程应用实例。
The addition of the intumescent component to the cement produces a hydrated product of increased volume that can fill and block the pores of the hardened body, alter the pore structure and pore size distribution, and increase the firmness of the hardened body. Macroscopic manifestation of concrete volume expansion, under the constraints of the expansion can be transformed into pre-stress, the formation of appropriate stress in the concrete state, so that the concrete has good crack resistance and impermeability. The premise of self-waterproof concrete structure is to control harmful cracks, the key to solve the shrinkage deformation of reinforced concrete during hardening. Compensated shrinkage concrete has the dual function of anti-cracking and anti-seepage, which is not available in other admixture waterproof concrete. Preparation of self-waterproofing concrete structure is one of the main uses of concrete expanders. This article describes the NC-P expansive properties of rigid waterproofing concrete, and cited examples of engineering applications.
