　　An improved 1 to 8 rectangular to radial waveguide power divider is proposed and analyzed in this paper.Unlike previous radial waveguide power dividers,the input structure of this power divider is rectangular waveguide,and the whole device is only made by metal,that can provide higher power capability than ever before.According to the results of EM simulation,S11 of this structure is below-20 dB nearly over full-Ka-band(ranging from 29 GHz to 41GHz),and the phase characteristics is excellent at the same time.This structure has a promising application on broadband high power dividing/combining devices.
