目的了解连云港蟑螂侵害及其抗药性发生、发展情况。方法蟑螂侵害调查采用粘捕法,诱饵为鲜面包;抗药性测定采用药膜法。结果捕获的蟑螂全部为德国小蠊,全年均有活动,高峰期为4-10月,最高出现在4月,为8.6只/张。餐饮和医院蟑螂密度较高,分别为6.6和4.1只/张。连云港德国小蠊对残杀威、高效氯氰菊酯和乙酰甲胺磷的抗性系数分别为1.8、38.2和6.0。结论德国小蠊是连云港地区的优势种群,若虫占比例高。全年均有活动,高峰出现在4-10月。以餐饮、医院侵害较重,是防控的重点。连云港德国小蠊对高效氯氰菊酯、乙酰甲胺磷呈中等以上程度的抗性,对残杀威较为敏感。
Objective To understand the occurrence and development of cockroach in Lianyungang and its resistance. Methods Investigation of cockroach invasion using sticky catching method, bait fresh bread; drug resistance assay using the membrane method. Results All the cockroaches captured were German cockroaches, with activities all year round, with the peak from April to October and the highest in April, at 8.6. The density of cockroaches in restaurants and hospitals was higher, at 6.6 and 4.1 / piece, respectively. The resistance coefficients of Germanic cockroach in Lianyungang to propoxur, beta-cypermethrin and acephate were 1.8, 38.2 and 6.0, respectively. Conclusion Blattella germanica is the dominant species in Lianyungang, with a high proportion of nymphs. Activities throughout the year, the peak appeared in April-October. To catering, hospital infringement is the focus of prevention and control.
