通过中医中药配合针刀治疗痛风性关节炎观察疗效,探讨治疗原理及方法.本组80例病患通过饮食调节，药物治疗，针刀治疗，总有效率为100％。结果表明，运用中医理论采用针刀局部治疗,疗效快,治愈率高,操作简便,是痛风性关节炎较为理想的治疗方法,值得推广运用.
