Background:Assessed the prognostic factor of T3 urinary tract urothelial carcinoma of Renal pelvis treated With radical nephroureterectomy(RNU)without lymph node metastasis and to find the significance of radiation therapy and chemotherapy to the T3N0M0 urinary tract urothelial carcinoma of renal pelvis.Methods:The data for 36 patients who underwent surgical operation after diagnosis of UUT-TCC between 2001 and 2014 at our institution were evaluated retrospectively.The significance of adjuvant treatment,grade and other relevant factors on overall survival(os),disease-free survival(DFS),and Local recurrence and metastasis were evaluated.Results:T3N0M0 renal pelvic carcinoma 3 years os is 38.9%,5 years os is 11.1%;Males 3 years os is 31.2%,Females 3 years os is 40%,Males 5 years os is 6.2%,Females 5 years os is 15%,P value =0.760.Less than 60 years,OS is 11.5 munths,larger than 60 years OS is 41.3 mouths,P=0.003;Less than 60 years DFS is 17.9 mouths,larger than 60 years DFS is 31.6 mounths,P=0.003.
