Upgrading of low rank coals and biomass using solvent treatment at around 350℃

  Two biomasses, cellulose, lignite, a peat and four low rank coals, and mixed samples of biomass and coal were treated by 1-methylnaphthalene at 350 ℃ to dewater, to upgrade, and to fractionate them into several fractions.All the products were successfully and completely dewatered without phase change of water.The yields of low-molecular weight fraction, Soluble, were as high as 20 to 58 % on carbon basis.The Solubles were very close to each other in elemental composition, molecular weight distribution, pyrolysis behavior, and softening/melting behavior.The carbon contents of the Solubles were as large as 80.0-84.9 % and the hydrogen contents were 6.4-7.8 % on d.a.f, basis.The net heating values of the products slightly exceeded the heating values of the raw materials.Thus, the proposed degradative solvent extraction method was found to be effective to convert low grade carbonaceous resources into high value added products in high yields under mild conditions.

针对八角形布水器支管上不同孔径和不同开孔个数建立模型,模拟其蓄冷过程中出口流动速度的分布,比较不同类型布水器的出流速度特性,并进行比较分析。模拟结果表明,在相同的流量下,随着开孔个数的增加,孔口出流速度越来越小,各个孔口的出流速度趋于平衡状态,开孔个数多的布水器比开孔少的布水器易于达到平衡。
