　　We describe a rare case of trimalleolar fracture/dislocation that was irreducible closely.The peroneal tendons were entrapped in a triangle among posterior and lateral displaced distal fibular fragment and lateral displaced posterior malleolar(PM)fragment and the proximal fragment of Web B fibular fracture.

髋关节置换术后关节脱位的预防及护理

目的：探讨髋关节置换术后关节脱位的预防及护理措施。方法：回顾分析我院髋关节科2011年1月至2013年1月收住的215例行髋关节置换术的患者资料，其中4例患者术后出现关节脱位，通过总结分析这4例患者髋关节置换术后关节脱位的原因，并采取相应的预防及护理措施。

微创技术在肱骨干骨折内固定中的应用

通过对16例肱骨干骨折的患者使用间接复位，小切口微创技术进行钢板螺钉内固定的回顾。发现使用该方法可以使骨折断端保留良好的血运，前路操作可以避免损伤桡神经。对软组织损伤小，不失为该处骨折治疗的较好选择。

中年全髋关节置换60例:5年随访

目的：对比分析与探讨骨水泥型全髋置换和生物型全髋置换术在中年患者中的临床效果.方法：纳入于2005年1月至2008年1月期间在我院关节外科住院并接受髋关节置换的中年患者总计60例，年龄30～50岁，平均年龄为43.2岁.这60例患者均由同一组高年资医师共同完成手术，并进行长达进行5年的随访分析.收集术后6个月、2年及5年的肢体功能恢复与影像学评估结果及Harris评分资料，并进行统计分析.
