许多第三世界产油国由于经济困难,愿同西方石油公司建立合作关系。西方石油公司的合并对象有可能因此扩大到第三世界,从而引起整个西方世界石油格局的更大变化。
Many Third World oil producing countries are willing to establish cooperative relations with Western oil companies due to economic difficulties. The merger of Western oil companies may therefore be expanded to the third world, causing greater changes in the oil landscape throughout the Western world.
