Heparinase Ⅱ is an important polysaccharide lyase capable of depolymerizing heparin and heparan sulfate,which has a wide use in heparin industry,but the main bottleneck for its industrial application is lack of the effective expression system and improving the enzyme thermostability which causes the high enzyme cost.
