明确现代调解制度与传统调解制度的联系与区别,是我们构建调解制度体系的逻辑前提和基本出发点。本文以构建和谐社会为视角,对我国调解制度的现有类型、缺失以及现代调解制度的指标性特征进行论证,对构建现代型中国特色调解制度进行了探讨。
To clarify the relationship and difference between the modern mediation system and the traditional mediation system is the logical premise and the basic starting point for us to construct the mediation system. From the perspective of building a harmonious society, this article argues the current types and deficiencies of the mediation system in our country and the index features of the modern mediation system, and probes into the construction of a modern mediation system with Chinese characteristics.
