　　Application of mineral additives and superplasticizers promotes the resistance of concrete to aggressive environment.Improvement of production technology of blended cements with mineral additives and plasticizers is aimed to increase the efficiency of their application.This paper consists of the results of study the influence of the mentioned additives on kinetics and composition of hydration phases during cement hardening.Application of superplasticizers in combination with mineral additives proved to increase the grade hydration of cement and, to increase strength of cement paste and, to improve scaling of cement paste and concrete due to frost action.
