进入创新型国家建设新时期,推动科技发展、激发科研创新、促进社会进步对我国科技期刊提出了新的要求,迫切需要科技期刊编辑弘扬社会责任,在办刊中发挥主体办刊意识。本文提出在当下转型时期,契合国家科技发展中长期规划纲要、有效推进科技创新进程、引导科学技术发展方向、为科研创新提供有利服务信息平台、形成期刊发展与科技进步相互推进、良性循环的可持续发展是对科技期刊、科技期刊编辑的深远考验。在此基础上,进一步提出稿件策划环节中发挥主题办刊意识对于引导科技创新发展至关重要,科技编辑需具备创新意识、鉴别意识、服务意识、版权意识、学习意识。积极发挥主观能动性,推动科技创新发展是科技期刊编辑的社会责任和历史使命。
Entering a new era of building an innovative nation, promoting scientific and technological development, stimulating scientific research and innovation, and promoting social progress have put forward new requirements for sci-tech journals in our country. There is an urgent need for sci-tech periodical editors to promote social responsibility and give play to the consciousness of the main journal in running journals. This paper proposes that in the current transitional period, in line with the long and medium-term plan of national science and technology development, we should effectively promote the process of scientific and technological innovation, guide the development of science and technology and provide a platform for the service innovation of scientific research and innovation so as to form a virtuous cycle of mutual development and progress of science and technology Sustainable development is a far-reaching test for editors of sci-tech periodicals and sci-tech periodicals. On this basis, it is further proposed that giving full play to the subject issue awareness in the planning of manuscripts is crucial to guide the innovation of science and technology. Editors of science and technology need to have the sense of innovation, identification, service, copyright and learning. It is the social responsibility and historical mission of sci-tech periodicals to actively give play to subjective initiative and promote scientific and technological innovation and development.
