Phase transition is the important part of material science research,which occurs throughout the microscopic to macroscopic world and has a significant effect on the properties and applications of materials.Solid-solid phase transition attracted a long attention from physical chemistry,condensed matter physics areas and has formed a series of methods including Landau theory,group theory and phase transition.On the basis of these theories,many useful results have been obtained,enriching the understanding of phase transition such as innovative nucleation theory,however,still lacking the effective and complete method to study the solid phase transition.Phase transition research consists of thermodynamics,kinetics,growth theory,crystallography,morphology and phase transition modeling,which have to be thorough and innovation.In addition,Because of the lack of tools to study the solid phase transition,the phase transition mechanism of many important materials such as metal or metal oxides is unclear.In order to have a more in-depth and clear understanding of phase transition,enriching phase transition theories,and further help to design new functional materials,in this work,we used the latest developed method(stochastic surface walking,SSW)to study the phase transition mechanism of three kinds of important materials.
