  Size and shape are fundamental properties of polymeric nanomedicine that determine its efficacy.Unlike size effect been well-studied,the impact of particle shape remains vaguely understood.1 In particular,we developed novel methods to simultaneously and precisely control the size and shape of nanoparticles down to 50-nm resolution.
