Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) is a chronic inflammatory disease and characterized by airflow limitation that is not fully reversible, but the causes and pathogenesis of COPD have not yet been fully elucidated.Earlier researches have shown the connection between COPD and immunity, not only obviously immune dysfunction and immune disorders, but also autoimmune injury, though the mechanisms are unknown. The purpose of this study was to investigate the defference of Foxp3+ regulatory T cells and Th17 cells in COPD patients.
