目的:探讨血管网织细胞瘤术后复发行放射治疗的可行性方法.方法:1例血管网织细胞瘤术后复发患者行适形调强放疗DT=54Gy/30f/6W,1.8Gy/f.结果:过程顺利,治疗结束后定期复查,肿瘤逐渐缩小.结论:放射治疗可作为血管网织细胞瘤术后复发的挽救性治疗.
