China is currently much in the spotlight in international relations as well as trade, Some developed countries including those of Europe and the U.S.regard China and its finished goods as a throat to their own manufacturing sectors, by many to be dumping substandard products in developed countries.On one hand, China with its booming economy wants to move away from the perception of being only a large scale producer of cheap products, and is trying to be the alternative or a balancing power to the U.S.hegemony in a number of regions.Chinas recent trade and investment expansion in Latin America is a good example.Many Latin American economies ate benefiting from the good cooperative relationship with China especially during the continuing financial crisis in the world.On the other hand, because of long-run reliance on the U.S.market and its economic condition, Mexico turns to trust the China market Much of Latin America has long been regarded as the U.S.backyard.Countries in Latin America are striving to change their situation.Brazil, Latin Americas strongest and fastest growing economy, is on the forefont of its change.China is emerging in Latin America as an important participant and partner and adopting the "win-win" strategy with evitable results.
