Objectives Severe aortic regurgitation can be a rare clinical presentation of Behcet disease,but the late vavle detachment after vavle surgery presents challenges to cardiac surgeons.Methods Seven patients with prosthetic detachment after aortic valve replacement attributable to Behcet disease were surgically treated between January 2007 and December 2011.
