This paper mainly discussed the effect of filling rate on oxygen transfer coefficient of different diffusers in MBBR process.The result shows, because of the cutting action on micro bubbles and improving for microscopic hydrodynamic flow regime of reactor, the fillers can increase oxygen transfer coefficient of micro porous membrane diffuser whether in clean water or in mixed liquor test.Compare to the blank test without fillers, dosing filler can increase oxygen transfer coefficient of micro porous membrane diffuser at most 10.78% in clean water test and 10.17% in mixed liquor test.Dosing filler can increase oxygen transfer coefficient of campanulate corundum aerator and perforated pipe more than micro porous membrane diffuser.Compare to the blank test, dosing filler can increase KLa of campanulate corundum aerator and perforated pipe diffuser at most 13.40%, 17.74% in clean water test and 10.97%, 20.14% in mixed liquor test respectively.

乳化液废水是冷轧废水中最难处理的废水,其含油量高,有机物含量高,采用预处理+超滤法对其进行处理容易造成膜体的污堵,膜的有效清洗是保证系统正常运行的关键.本文就太钢乳化液废水处理系统采用的最新不锈钢超滤膜的清洗方法进行了研究,针对膜设备厂家提供的原清洗方案实际运行效果较差的问题,提出一种改进的清洗方案,将清洗后的膜通量从40m3/h提高至52m3/h,膜运行时间从35h提高至50h.
