　　PVC is a universal polymer widely consumed.Before reusing PVC plastic,a more efficient method to separate PVC from mixed waste plastics is needed.This paper studied the distinction of charge-decay property between PVC and other plastics.The result could provide a novel way for separating PVC from mixed waste plastics.
