Effect of content of B2O3,Al2O3 on soften temperature of vitrified bond and its bending strength

　　Prepared the vitrified bond for CBN wheel by using conventional melt waterquenching method.Different amount of B2O3 and A12O3 were added in bond materials and investigated the effect of content of B2O3, A12O3 on soften temperature of vitrified bond and its wettability to CBN grains.The result showed that the soften temperature of vitrified bond decreasing with B2O3 content increasing and inversely to A12O3.And its bending strength was be improved with B2O3 increasing when its content lower than A12O3, however, it was be deteriorated with B2O3 increaisng when its content higher than A12O3.
