In the present paper the synthesis conditions for fabrication of Bi1-xNdxFeO3(for x=0.5-1)ceramics are reported.The mixed oxide method was employed for the ceramics fabrication.Bi1-xNdxFeO3 ceramics with were prepared from simple oxide powders Bi2O3,Nd2O3 and Fe2O3.Goal of this study was to investigate how the fabrication process influence on prepared powders and samples of Bi1-xNdxFeO3,like its(micro)structure,and density.For this reason samples were characterized using various techniques.I.e.,X-ray diffraction(XRD)study was carried out for phase determination and lattice parameter calculations; scanning electron microscopy(SEM-EDS)and differential thermal analysis(DTA)to determine transformations of the starting materials.
