基于触发式采集的钢轨顶面裂纹巡检设备的开发

核电站辐射测温实验研究及测温修正模型的建立

辐射测温是核电站关键敏感设备日常温度巡检和监测中最重要的一种技术手段。针对现场测温环境复杂，测量过程难以达到理想测温状态等现状，本文通过大量的实验，对影响测温精度的被测表面发射率、测温距离、环境温度等主要影响因素进行了理论和实验分析。在实验基础上，借鉴经典亮度理论中发射率影响修正和环境辐射误差修正方法，最终建立了适应核电站测温修正模型。实验证明，通过测温修正模型对测量原始结果修正，能够极大提高现场

用于热障涂层检测的柔性平面电容传感器研究

平面电容传感器是一种基于边缘电场检测原理的传感器，具有单边检测、穿透深度及信号强度可调的优点，被广泛应用于非金属材料的无损检测。论文对用于热障涂层缺陷检测的平面电容传感器的工作原理进行了分析，利用COMSOL有限元仿真软件对传感器结构进行了优化设计，制备了可用于发动机叶片热障涂层缺陷检测的柔性平面电容传感器，并对传感器的性能进行了测试。测试结果表明柔性平面电容传感器可以有效地检测出非金属材料的缺陷

核电站蒸汽发生器传热管胀管过渡段沉积物的判别准确性研究

从国内部分蒸汽发生器运行的实际情况来看，其传热管胀管过渡段可能存在点蚀及应力腐蚀裂纹等缺陷。为了更有效和可靠地检测出胀管过渡区出现的缺陷，分析了轴绕式、扁平旋转式、阵列式三种不同类型的涡流探头特性，然后通过一系列针对性试验，对不同探头如何发现此位置的沉积物及其下存在的缺陷进行了对比测试，获得了相关的准确分析性数据，掌握了胀管过渡段沉积物及其下缺陷的准确判识技术。
