Analysis and Reinforcement of Beam Deflection for Small Radius Continuous Curved Box Girder Bridge

  The curve continuous beam bridge has been more and more commonly adopted in the construction of city bridges and highway bridges.The curve bridge has suffered different degrees of lateral offset or overturning.Before the bridge reinforcement,it is in urgent need of a clear analysis of lateral shift mechanism and the main factors of lateral diseases,so as to find out the reinforcement measures.The beam lateral migration causes of distress in Anshan Sifangtai small radius and pier concrete continuous curved box girder bridge are analyzed.Two aspects of the bridge have been studied in this paper.Firstly,the simulation of the bridge was carried out with Midas/Civil software,and comparison of the effects of various factors caused by the lateral offset degree was made.Through the software simulation,the first phase of the most unfavorable load,the maximum offset of the bridge is 12.85mm; at the second stage,the maximum offset of the bridge is 19.2 mm.After the data analysis,there are the following conclusions: Firstly,the major factors affecting for the bridge girder lateral offset distress is temperature function; the secondary factor is overloaded vehicle impact.Secondly,Secondly,in view of the existing bridges distress,reasonable rectification and reinforcement design is put forward.The reinforcement scheme of safety check is corrected through the finite element software,and the feasibility of scheme is confirmed to reinforce the construction of the bridge.

文章以大跨径浅埋芙蓉山隧道塌方事故为工程背景,从监测数据、施工情况及地质特征等方面对塌方的原因进行了分析,并分别对地表塌陷和隧道内坍塌体提出了相应的处理方案,成功解决了现场问题,最后对塌方的经验教训进行了总结,为相似问题的解决提供参考。
