  Endovascular therapy for the management of thoracic aortic pathology is rapidly progressing and is a viable altemative to traditional open surgical repair.Since 2005, three devices have gain approval to treat thoracic aneurysms in the United States: The Gore TAG endograft, the Talent thoracic endograft (Medtronic AVE, Santa Rosa, CA) and the Cook TX2 endograft (Cook, Bloomington, Ind) (2).Currently with the continued evolution of endovascular devices,successful cases of endovascular repair for every section of the aorta have been documented.
