总观我国自然环境及生态条件之急待改善,林业经济效益之急待提高,建设多效益林业迫在眉睫。所谓多效益林业包括两方面含义: 1.我们所经营的森林由单一木材生产,走向木材、木本粮、油、果、药、鸟、兽肉类毛皮综合培育多种经营的林业。 2.既培育用材林、防护林又要因地制宜地规划设计建立卫生保健疗养林、旅游风景林、森林公园、森林药园、森林鸟兽繁殖饲养场及狩猎场等,使林种配套,以发挥综合效益。 经过一段实践,可能产生农、林、牧融合新体制,为杜绝生态、环境危机、粮食危机及营养不良等问题、开辟新道路。
In summary, the urgent need of improving the natural environment and ecological conditions in our country is urgently needed to improve the economic efficiency of forestry and it is imminent to build a multi-benefit forestry. The so-called multi-benefit forestry has two meanings: 1. The forest we operate is produced from a single piece of wood, and wood, woody grain, oil, fruit, medicine, bird and animal fur are integrated to cultivate diversified forestry. 2. To cultivate both timber and shelter forests, planning and designing health care forests, tourist landscape forests, forest parks, forest medicine parks, forests and animals breeding farms and hunting grounds should be planned according to local conditions so that the forest species can be used together to achieve comprehensive benefits . After a period of practice, a new system of integration of agriculture, forestry and animal husbandry may emerge, opening up new roads for the prevention of ecological and environmental crises, food crises and malnutrition.
