Organic-inorganic hybrid solar cells(HSCs),which combine the excellent electron transport property of inorganic semiconductors with fne flm-forming nature of the conjugated polymers,have attracted increasing attention in the last decades.HSCs have been highly expected to exhibit superior photovoltaic performance.However,most of the HSCs show low power conversion effciency(PCE)less than 4%.Due to the surface mismatch between organics and inorganics,interface engineering is critical important to HSCs,including the interface between organics and inorganics,as well as that between the blend active layer and the electrode.Interface engineering has been proved to be effective and routine in the past few years.
