  New energy electric vehicles has become the focus of the development of various OEMs in recent years.They have released that the future production models at least half of the new energy will be the new electric vehicles,including hybrid models.Electric vehicles always use PTC for heating,whether it is air heater or liquid heater,but the mileage is insufficient because of great energy consumption,so the overall sales of electric vehicles is not optimistic.This article is for a production model of electric vehicles,to build a functional bench,and test the performance of imported cars and replaced domestic components of the system.First introduced the development of electric vehicles in the problems and solutions,followed by heat pump air conditioning system components and control,and then on the bench test and the results were described,the final summary and experience to share.
