　　Transposable elements(TEs)were first discovered in maize and described as “controlling elements” of nearby genes.TEs are found in almost all species,but it is rarely reported that TEs are expressed in different organs and ages.Based on RNA-seq of rat at four ages in 11 organs,we obtained expression signal of TEs.
