During the heavy ion collisions,due to strong nuclear and Coulomb interactions the colliding nuclei willdeform considerably,and the most important deformation is the quadrupole one.Due to the fast radial kineticenergy lose,the system is excited and in a region of high level density.The excited nucleons may distribute atmany different energy levels.The position change of many nucleons results the nuclear irreversible deformation,and the excitation energy deposits in the deformation degree of the freedom.Since a thorough coupling betweenthe collective and intrinsic variables is impossible to be treated for heavy ion reactions presently,this timedependent dynamical deformation is difficult to describe,and no theory succeeds to describe it so far.
