目的探讨菟丝子醇提液对脑缺血再灌注小鼠学习记忆功能的影响。方法采用暂时性阻断两侧颈总动脉的(I/R)方法制备小鼠脑缺血再灌注损伤的模型,进行跳台实验、避暗实验,观察ig给予菟丝子醇提液0.8,1.6和3.2 kg.L-1对脑缺血再灌注小鼠的学习记忆功能的改善作用,并对各剂量组小鼠肝、测定脑组织超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活力。结果菟丝子醇提液可以明显减少脑缺血再灌注小鼠跳台实验中错误次数(P<0.01),缩短潜伏期(P<0.05);菟丝子醇提液1.6和3.2 kg.L-1提高肝和脑组织SOD活力(P<0.05)。结论菟丝子醇提液能明显改善脑缺血再灌注小鼠学习记忆功能。
Objective To investigate the effects of alcohol extract of dodder on learning and memory in mice with cerebral ischemia-reperfusion. Methods The model of cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury in mice was established by temporarily blocking the common carotid arteries (I / R). The experiment was performed to avoid the darkness and the ig was given 0.8, 1.6 and 3.2 kg.L-1 on the learning and memory in mice with cerebral ischemia / reperfusion. The liver of each dose group and the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) in brain tissue were measured. Results The extract of dodder could significantly reduce the number of errors (P <0.01) and shorten the incubation period (P <0.05) in the step-down experiment of cerebral ischemia-reperfusion mice. Conclusion Cuscuta alcohol extract can significantly improve learning and memory in mice with cerebral ischemia-reperfusion.
