Objective To study extraction method of diosgenin components of the folk polypharmacy technology.Method Ultrasonic extraction,heating reflux extraction and soxhlet extraction were adopted to extract the folk polypharmacy respectively.3 kinds of extraction technology were compared with the content of diosegenin and dry extraction rate as index.Choose the best extraction process on the list of factors,on this basis are designed by law to optimize its extraction process parameters.Results Soxhlet extraction which was optimal extraction technology.The singal factor test result are as follows:ratio of material to liquid 1:50,ethanol concentrations of 70%,extracting time of 6 hour,extracting for 2 time,The usage of acid 40ml,the concentration of acid 2mol/l,and reaction time for 3h.Before hydrolyze the orthogonal test L9 ( 34) result are as follow:ratio of material to liquid 1:50,ethanol concentrations of 50%,extracting time of 5 hour,extracting for 2 time,after hydrolyze the orthogonal test L9 (34) result are as follow:The usage of acid 40ml,the concentration of acid 2mol/l,and reaction time for 2.5h.Conclusion The extraction technology have a stable and simple operation,production costs were low,suitable for the industrialization of production and application for the future development of a good foundation.
