A regular patterned silver/silicon nanoporous pillar array(Ag/Si-NPA) was prepared by immersion method based on the regular surface morphology and reducibility of silicon nanoporous pillar array (Si-NPA).Utilizing the active substrate,we have detected the surface-enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) spectroscopy of calf thymus DNA.
