复方大黄煎剂联合紫草油治疗重度难愈性压疮的临床观察

目的：观察两种不同换药方法治疗重度难愈性压疮的效果，探讨快捷、有效的治疗压疮的方法.方法：选择Ⅲ期以上压疮患者60例(71处)，随机分为治疗组30例(39处)，对照组30例(32处).观察组使用中药复方大黄煎剂冲洗湿敷患处，待痂皮脱落后外敷紫草药油，每2～3天换药1次；对照组常规消毒后创面均匀充分喷洒外用重组人碱性成纤维细胞生长因子，盖上无菌纱布，每天换药1次.每10天观察对比两组患者的压疮疗效，

对脑瘫患儿住院治疗期间健康宣教的调查
